Terms of sale

These terms apply to ViralBoxy, a self-hosted PHP script (the “software”), bought on Codester or on this website.

Licenses

• Regular License: use of the software in one website (1 domain) for personal or commercial purposes, by you or on behalf of one client.
• Extended License: use of the software in up to 5 websites (5 domains) for personal or commercial purposes, by you or on behalf of your clients.
• You may modify the software for your own projects. You may not resell, share or publish the source code, alone or as part of another product.
• A license key is bound to the domain(s) of your license. Moving a website to another domain is allowed.

Delivery

The software is a digital download. Bought on this website: payment is made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (Stripe) or with PayPal; right after the payment the license key is shown and sent by e-mail, and the software can be downloaded on the Download page with the key. Prices include the discount shown at the time of the order. Bought on Codester: download the software from your Codester account; the license key is sent by e-mail after the order has been checked.

Refunds

Purchases on Codester follow the Codester terms. For purchases on this website, contact us within 14 days if the software does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem.

Support and updates

Support covers installation problems and bugs. Customization is not included. Updates are provided free of charge for the version you bought.

Warranty

The software is provided “as is”. We are not liable for damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
